Zero Phosphorus

Zero phosphorus fertilization is a common practice at Services Pro-Vert.

Lawn research conducted in Québec showed that for an established lawn, phosphorus fertilization yielded variable results. This is because the majority of soils in Quebec contain enough phosphorus for the needs of established lawns.

However, when seeding a new lawn, phosphorus may be needed according to laboratory soil tests.

Since many years, Services Pro-Vert have been using zero phosphorus in their fertilization programmes for the maintenance of green landscapes.
